Sabeen Sadiq takes you into the world of a Muslim American girl with her new special “Gut Feelings”, which not only describes Sabeen’s digestive woes but also describes her poor decision making skills which somehow always lead her in the right direction.
The night will include featured sets from Brianna Murphy (opened for Amy Miller) & Sharup Karim (Edinburgh Fringe Festival), soulful music from Southside activst Selma Demir, and be hosted by Mallory Bradford (producer of Don’t Kid Yourself, regular at the Comedy Bar)!

Sabeen Sadiq is an comedian/writer/actor based in Chicago. She developed her comedy chops in San Francisco, performing all over the Bay area at popular venues including Cobbs Comedy Club and the San Jose Improv. She’s performed at the Muslim Funny Fest in NYC , the San Francisco Desi Comedy Fest, and the Chicago Women’s Funny Fest, to name a few. Currently Sabeen co-produces the comedy shows, Best Night Ever and Don’t Kid Yourself. You can also catch her on her comedy tour “Outcasted”, which has already had sold out shows in NYC, Washington DC, Chicago, and San Francisco.
Brianna Murphy is a stand-up comedian currently based in Chicago, IL. Her comedy has best been described as "I don't know what the hell you're saying up there but I love it". With a mix of anecdotal absurdism and sassy realism, her comedy has often brought upon guttural laughs and amusement for many. She has opened for Amy Miller (Last Comic Standing), Hampton Yount (MST3K) and Stewart Huff. She has performed internationally at Angel Comedy in London and has performed at the Comedy Comedy Festival and Cream City Comedy Festival.
Sharup Karim is a South Asian American standup comedian who was born in a village in Bangladesh, but raised in Oklahoma City, OK. He's now an established fixture in the Chicago comedy scene and is the co-creator of the ongoing comedy tour "Outcasted," which has sold out shows in Chicago, Washington D.C., New York City, and San Francisco. Sharup has performed at The Second City, Zanies, The Laugh Factory, The Lincoln Lodge, and has been featured at various comedy festivals, including LaughFest Grand Rapids, the Milwaukee Comedy Festival, the Flyover Comedy Festival in St. Louis, the Solocom Festival in New York City, and the world renowned Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland. Mallory Bradford is a Chicago based stand up comedian, writer, and woman who is just doing her best. Her comedy is sharp, emotional, and funny, which she thinks is a great combination of things to be. Audiences agree. Mallory is a regular at Chicago's prestigious Lincoln Lodge and has performed at The Laugh Factory, Chicago Underground Comedy, and Comedians You Should Know. She hosts a weekly open mic at the historic iO theater and is a graduate of The Second City Conservatory, The iO Theater, and The Annoyance Theater. Mallory has performed on showcases and at comedy clubs all over the Midwest and on both coasts (but honestly nowhere in between... she'd be open to it though!) Mallory has performed at The Chicago Women's Funny Festival, The Cream City Comedy Festival, The Big Little Comedy Festival, and The Burbank Comedy Festival, and her writing has been featured at The Second City Mary Scruggs Works by Women Festival.
Selma Demir is an 18 year old activist and artist, She reps the south side of Chicago and has been using platforms to provide awareness of youth on youth issues , food desserts, and injustices throughout the city.
